In case of No Show we will charge for the first 3 DAYS of your booked stay.
If you wish to cancel or an amended your booking request, please contact us immediately by completing our online cancellation form. Please ensure you use the same email address as in your original booking request, adding your ORDER REFERENCE.
Please note that all cancellations or booking amendment requests MUST be submitted in writing (either by email or via our online form with the appropriate reference number). Please be advised that we will not accept any cancellation or booking amendment requests by phone or without the details described above.
